CANCELING AN ORDER

To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for the cancellation. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you will need to follow the steps outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to return the item and receive a refund.
